I teach Yorùbá, a vibrant language deeply rooted in the culture of West Africa, particularly in the Southwestern States of Nigeria.

I am a Microsoft Certified Educator and a Native Language (Yorùbá) Teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology.

Do you have any memorable teaching experiences?
A memorable experience for me was helping a student prepare for a government job in a Yorùbá-speaking environment. It was rewarding to see her master professional greetings, engage in formal conversations, adapt her accent, and enjoy speaking with colleagues in Yorùbá.

Do you have a favorite Yorùbá phrase?
One of my favorite Yorùbá phrases is “Inú mí dùn láti rí ẹ,” which translates to "I’m happy to see you." This lovely expression reminds me of the importance of nurturing relationships and the joy of being together.
