Hello Eric! Thank you for being here with us today. We’re excited to hear about your experience learning with us! Why don’t you start by telling us a little about the language you chose to learn and why?

I chose Spanish for 2 reasons: I enjoy learning languages, and I frequently encounter Spanish speakers in my career.

So, you saw that learning Spanish could help you advance in your career, right? And what attracted you to learn with Language Trainers?

Absolutely! For me, there are two things that really set Language Trainers apart. First, their online format means your language options are not limited by your geographic location. It’s great to hear that you have had such a good experience with us! On this note, tell us, what is your favorite thing about studying with Language Trainers?

I really enjoy having the opportunity to explore a new culture (e.g., discussing the origin of an idiom or comparing the different connotations of similar phrases) within the frame of learning a language.

That is indeed an amazing experience. So far, which has been the most helpful aspect of your course?

Beyond the amazing teaching, the most helpful aspect has been the ability to find teachers who could work within my schedule – including early mornings and late evenings.

Flexibility is key when it comes to learning a language, especially if you’re a busy businessperson! What has been your most rewarding outcome from this experience?

I am taking Spanish with a colleague, and it has been rewarding to watch her progress and gain confidence.

Do you believe your language ability has improved?

Absolutely.

Have you had an opportunity to use your new skills in the real world?

Yes! I am also learning Portuguese because I have several friends from Brazil. While we still primarily communicate in English, I’ve been able to move beyond basic greetings and simple phrases to having simple conversations in Portuguese.

Oh, that is so rewarding! Finally, what would you say to those people who may be considering taking a course with Language Trainers, but don’t take the final step?
