The students who are in the group should be at the same level, have the same learning needs and be able to attend their classes in the same place at the same time. The bookings should all be carried out at the same time too. Even when there are more than 8 people with a desire to learn Swahili we can still help. Our In-Company Taster Swahili course allows up to 12 people to sample the quality of our lessons.

If our quote meets your approval, we take a deposit (payable by check, credit card, wire transfer or PayPal). |

We then confirm the time and location of your classes
and send you the details of your Swahili language tutor. |

Your Swahili course materials are prepared
by Language Trainers and sent to you together with your invoice. |

Your Swahili training begins. |

After a reasonable amount of time has passed, we contact you and your tutor
to make sure that everything is working out. Where necessary, we will change
the focus of the course and/or the tutor (this is not very common). |

After finishing your course, we present you with a course
attendance and completion certificate. |
| 9. |
We review the course and propose future learning opportunities
including self-study, Swahili courses in other Swahili-speaking countries
and more advanced Swahili courses with Language Trainers. |
