Online Chinese Lessons
Language Trainers Online Chinese Courses offer every facet of learning the Chinese Language. All courses will focus on Chinese characters, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, reading and writing.
Online General Chinese Lessons
These lessons are offered to students of all Chinese language skill levels. All students will improve their skill level depending on the amount of hours chosen to study.
Complete Beginners to the Chinese Language can expect to begin the course with Survival Chinese. This "survival" part of the lesson will introduce students to the daily routines of the Chinese culture allowing them to integrate into it while visiting China. After finishing this part of the course, students will move on to learn Chinese characters, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation.
Higher levels will also continue to practice and learn Chinese characters along with more intricate grammar and vocabulary. Trainers will tutor students in the areas of pronunciation and fluency as well.
These lessons are available as One-to-One and Two-to-One. Private (closed) Group lessons and Public (open) Group lessons are also offered.
If a student chooses to take Private Group lessons, he will form his own group entirely on his own. Language Trainers will arrange the class schedule for this group class.
Public Group lessons are open for any student to join; groups are formed by Language Trainers. Class schedules are fixed meaning that the classes will meet on the same day and time each week.
Maximum group size for both Private and Public lesson is 8 people.
Minimum booking: 12 hours.
Online Business Chinese Lessons
This course is designed for those students who need to learn Chinese in order to move forward in their current job situation.
Beginners should expect to spend part of the course covering Survival Chinese, Email Chinese and Telephone Chinese. These are essential lessons that must be covered so that the student can build the necessary skills that he or she will need to become more fluent. Students will then be trained in the formalities of Chinese business including greeting, cultural differences and business etiquette. Specific needs in relation to their job situation will also be addressed.
For students with higher fluency levels, they will concentrate on Chinese document reading as well as writing before moving on to the language requirements specified by their jobs.
This course is available as One-to-One lessons. Private Group lessons are also offered for those who wish to study with fellow employees or colleagues. The class schedule for private group classes will be arranged according to the convenience of both the students and the teacher.
Maximum group size: 8 per group.
Beyond the Phrasebook - Online Chinese Lessons for Travelers
This course is designed with the traveler in mind. There is no better way to prepare for a trip to China than to complete this Chinese language course. Trainers will prepare students by practicing pronunciation, essential words, phrases and vocabulary. Students will also be introduced to the beauties of Chinese culture. Once students have completed the course, they will be fluent enough to travel around China enjoyably using their fluency to give/ receive directions, book hotel accommodations, exchange money and order food. Trainers will also coach students in the areas of child adoption, overseas property buying, relocating overseas and the business trips, if requests. Other special requests may be considered as part of the course as well.
This class is made up of ten 90- minute sessions that may be reduced to five 90- minute sessions if there is little time available before the trip.
