Contact Us

We will be happy to offer a free language consultancy before the start of your language training course. This normally takes the form of a telephone conversation in which your specific language training requirements are discussed. We talk about the business situations in which you might be required to use your new language skills, and what work-specific terminology you would like to be able to use in the target language. We can also advise on the best method of learning for you to achieve your goals, and then design a language training course which will enable you to achieve them.

Our English courses in New York are taught on a one-on-one basis and will help you improve your business communication skills immensely. Once the basics have been dealt with - that is, customary greetings and corporate etiquette - the student's specific needs are taken into account, together with exercises in reading and writing. At the end of the course learners will be comfortable communicating via telephone and email in English. Of course, it is then up to you to decide how you will use these skills to advance your career.

1-on-1 General

You will learn the basics and can then decide what direction you need the lessons to take in order to benefit most from them. One-on-one general courses grant the student a degree of survival English as well as exploring particular areas of study - perfect for those going abroad for any reason, or studying towards a specific exam.

2-to-1 and Small Group
English Courses in New York (closed group)

Students will also find English courses in New York which are suitable when they want to study with a group of friends or work colleagues. These are offered as Two-to-One English courses or as In-Company Small Group English courses. All participants must have the same language needs, be able to study at the same time at the same place and be at the same level. All participants should be booked at the same time. This type of approach is ideal for up to 8 English students. Bigger groups than this can still be catered for, with a maximum of 12 able to take part in an In-Company Taster English course.
