Reading and writing and study of subject matters relevant to the student will follow the basics of the course - namely traditional business greetings and etiquette. Those who have completed our beginner business Catalan course can expect to have gained ample telephone and email skills to communicate with ease in Catalan, as well as survival Catalan, necessary for effective communication during short trips to countries where the native language is Catalan.

Students will also find Catalan courses in New York which are suitable when they want to study with a group of friends or work colleagues. These are offered as Two-to-One Catalan courses or as In-Company Small Group Catalan courses. For this type of teaching to give the outstanding results we aim for the students need to have the same Catalan requirements and be able to take classes together. They need to be booked at the same time too. While 8 students is the maximum recommended by Language Trainers we can cater for up to 12 people on our In-Company Taster Catalan Course.

cost). A typical course lasts 30 hours per level (classes are usually 2

If our quote meets your approval, we take a deposit (payable by check, credit card, wire transfer or PayPal). |

We then confirm the time and location of your classes
and send you the details of your Catalan language tutor. |

Your Catalan course materials are prepared
by Language Trainers and sent to you together with your invoice. |

Your Catalan training begins. |

After a reasonable amount of time has passed, we contact you and your tutor
to make sure that everything is working out. Where necessary, we will change
the focus of the course and/or the tutor (this is not very common). |

After finishing your course, we present you with a course
attendance and completion certificate. |
| 9. |
We review the course and propose future learning opportunities
including self-study, Catalan courses in other Catalan-speaking countries
and more advanced Catalan courses with Language Trainers. |
